Management issues under new project expansion, construction supervision, factory building to assure project control and optimum allocation of resources; Knowledge of modern principles and practices, methods and techniques in the design, construction, supervision and maintenance of public works projects, codes, laws, rules and regulations applicable to the development, construction and maintenance of public works, survey methods and techniques.
Potential Candidate Qualifications:
• Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) graduation from an accredited four – Year College or university in civil engineering.
• Minimum experience of 4-5 years in the planning, designing, construction, inspection and maintenance of public works projects.
• Complete working knowledge of Windows-based computer applications is required.
Supervision and instructing the mechanical personnel regarding maintenance, servicing and repair works of entire plant- and equipment fleet. Developing and implementation of maintenance and service plan for the entire equipment fleet in accordance with the various manufacture requirements. Providing assistance and instructions to potential equipment operators in respect of handling and care for the individual equipments. Providing and work out of economical optimized performance plan for the individual equip-ment, based on the various operation and performance opportunities. Advising, planning and supervision on the development of a permanent construction yard establishment related to required workshops, electrical supply and water supply. Advising, planning and supervision of required construction site installations for medium to large civil construction projects. Advising, planning and supervision for equipment rental to third parties including monitoring of equipment operation and performance on third parties construction sites. Planning and work out of proposals of potential new equipment investments. Advising and supervision of economical operation and performance of construction equip-ment on construction sites.
Potential Candidate Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree-Graduate Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum experience of 4-5 years in the construction, inspection and maintenance of public works projects.
