Local Construction Backup: The In-House Construction Company, ICTC Construction, can take up small construction works on behalf of Foreign Principals. This service is usually helpful in cases where the Foreign Principal has to execute a Turnkey Contract in which the Construction / Erection portion is too small to justify for its mobilization from the Principal’s Home Country. Apart from this support, the Company has working arrangements with leading local Construction Companies for taking up subcontracting works or work as Joint Ventures, if required.

Local Engineering Backup: To facilitate undertakings of turnkey assignments requiring civil construction, mechanical / structural / electrical/air conditioning works, etc. and for preparing bids for our principals, affiliate company TMS with highly qualified engineers/professionals can provide the necessary local engineering services including making available local technical and non-technical backup/manpower and other local data necessary to prepare tender estimates and also arrange sub-contracting of works.

Support in Legal & Tax Matters: The Company has working arrangements with competent local lawyers and tax consultants for rendering advice on all legal, tax and all matters.
Clearing & Transport Support: ICTC works in close collaboration with leading and efficient clearing/transport agents, who are well experienced in the handling of Nepalese Cargo at Calcutta Port and equally competent to transport them to all inland destinations inside Nepal. From such this collaboration, ICTC is able to assist Principals in preparing “site-delivery” bids and can handle contract awards to clear, transport and deliver the quoted equipment to any destination within Nepal on the Principal’s behalf. To date, ICTC has helped clear a wide range of equipment/materials and machinery works of substantial values from Calcutta Port and transport them to various destinations throughout Nepal. This service support is also available for by air consignments and clearing of goods from other ports like Haldia Port in India and Mangla Port in Bangladesh.

Branches outside Kathmandu: The Company has three full-fledged branch offices/facilities: one in Birgunj to cater to the Southern part of the country, one in Bharatpur for the mid-western and western parts of the country and one in Biratnagar for the eastern and far eastern parts of the country. The Corporate Office in Kathmandu oversees activities in the central and northern parts of the country. Apart from this, the company, through its consumer products marketing affiliate, PRIME INTERNATIONAL, has at its disposal a dealer network covering almost entire country.
